The Bog Run is an untimed run for fun and open to people of all fitness levels. There are 5k and 10k options where you will take on the lough, crawl through bushes, clamber over fallen trees, and, of course, get extremely muddy!
The Senior Bog Run 5k & 10k are open to those aged 12+ (12–17-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult). The family friendly Junior Bog Run 5k is open to 8–14-year-olds (with accompanying adult, max 2 children per adult). Minimum sponsorship applies.
